Hello Everyone,
The year has flown by, and it’s hard to believe Easter is already upon us! I’m excited to confirm the dates for our upcoming Driver Meetings. At the point of writing, we have just held the meeting for our paid drivers and will be running the meeting over another two sessions to capture our Thomastown and Hoppers Crossing volunteers.
We’ve also installed our first-ever vehicle camera in one of our larger vehicles (2001W – Iveco Daily). This has been a valuable addition, especially for transporting Year 10 students from two Sunbury High Schools to their classes at Kangan Institute in Broadmeadows on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Please find the details below for our upcoming meetings, along with some friendly reminders to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

General Reminders
- Sign in and out at the Thomastown office daily.
- Prioritise safety—whether driving, assisting clients, or within the workplace.
- Report any vehicle or operational concerns to the duty officer as soon as possible.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
Daily Cleanliness: Vehicles should be kept clean throughout the day and thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift. A well-maintained vehicle ensures a professional and pleasant experience for passengers.
Incident Reporting: All incidents must be logged via the iPad app for proper documentation and follow-up. Prompt reporting helps us address issues efficiently.
Vehicle Issues & Feedback
Report Any Concerns Promptly – Use the vehicle check form on the iPads to report any maintenance issues. Timely feedback keeps our fleet in top condition and helps prevent unnecessary delays or breakdowns.
Car Park Reminders
Parking Guidelines:
- Follow the latest car park layout as per the email sent on January 14, 2025.
- Park within the yellow lines in designated areas.
- Avoid the two marked spaces near the entrance.
- Align your vehicle with the white dots on the ground.
- Do not park company vehicles in the middle car park area.
- Ensure proper parking—avoid obstructing access by parking too close to the entry or sticking out.
Thank you for your ongoing cooperation and commitment! See you at the upcoming meetings!
