Home Maintenance & Domestic Assistance Update
As winter sets in, our Home Maintenance (HM) teams remain busy, continuing to meet the seasonal needs of our clients. While grass growth has slowed, winter brings different challenges — such as fallen leaves, slippery paths, and general outdoor debris — all of which require regular upkeep to maintain safe and accessible surroundings. Our gardeners are especially attentive during this time, ensuring paths are kept clear, branches are trimmed back, and any potential hazards from wet or icy conditions are promptly addressed.
We’re proud that our team consistently receives high praise from clients. Many also take the time to share their gratitude, highlighting how much they appreciate not only the appearance of their gardens, but also the sense of wellbeing and pride that comes from a well-maintained outdoor space — even in the colder months.

Domestic Assistance Update – Winter Support in Full Swing
As we move through the heart of winter, the importance of a clean and well-kept home becomes even more apparent — not only for day-to-day comfort, but for safeguarding health. With cold and flu season in full force, maintaining a hygienic environment is one of the most effective ways to help reduce illness. Our Domestic Assistance team continues to step up during this time, playing a vital role in helping clients maintain safe, clean, and supportive home environments.
Winter can make everyday household tasks more challenging, especially for those with limited mobility or who are spending more time indoors. Even simple chores like dusting, disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, or clearing clutter can become difficult. Our dedicated team is there to lighten that load — ensuring that homes remain clean, safe, and welcoming when clients need it most.
Importantly, the impact of our Domestic Assistance team goes beyond cleaning. For many of our clients, particularly those living on their own, the cleaner’s visit is also a valued social connection. A warm hello, a shared laugh, or just a familiar face can make all the difference — especially during the colder months when isolation is more keenly felt.
I want to take this opportunity to thank our entire Home Maintenance & Domestic Assistance team for their ongoing dedication and compassion. Your work continues to make a real and lasting impact — helping clients not only stay well but also feel cared for and connected throughout winter. Keep up the fantastic work!
Thank you also to our office staff – Poojan, Lina and Manik who keep the work going!
