Spring has been full of fun, laughter, and memorable adventures in our outings program. September and October were packed with trips that had everyone smiling and connecting with friends old and new. Our clients enjoyed a wonderfully varied calendar, from scenic train journeys to culinary delights and close encounters with wildlife.
Our train trips were a huge hit. The Mornington Heritage Railway Train brought back so many nostalgic memories, while the Castlemaine to Maldon Railway and the Swan Bay Express gave everyone a chance to enjoy beautiful scenery and the joy of a classic train ride. It’s clear that boat cruises and train trips are favourites, and we can’t wait to add even more to next year’s program.
Food and treats were also on the menu. At Nanna’s Place Mediterranean Restaurant, everyone enjoyed delicious Maltese, Italian, and Greek dishes while sharing stories and laughs. The Dzert High Tea offered a fancy afternoon with sweet treats and plenty of chatter. And at Panny’s Chocolate Factory, the smells of chocolate and caramel made the visit extra special.
Our visit to the Werribee Open Range Zoo was another highlight, with everyone eager to see the new elephant enclosure, and I don’t think they were disappointed.
None of this would be possible without our dedicated team of drivers, hosts, volunteers, and coordinators. Your hard work ensures every outing runs smoothly and every participant feels welcome and included. Thank you for bringing warmth and care to every journey.
The team has been working hard to produce our next season of outings, with the new Outings Brochure for January to June 2026 due in November. It’s jam-packed with plenty of new adventures as well as old favourites.
As we look ahead, we are excited to carry this momentum into the new year. Spring was a season of connection, fun, and discovery, and the best is yet to come.
