Home Maintenance & Domestic Assistance Update
Over the autumn period, our Home Maintenance (HM) teams have remained fully booked, continuing to actively support our clients. The weather conditions have resulted in clients requiring additional services which have impacted service delivery at times; however, with the support of our contractor, we’ve been able to accommodate clients promptly and minimise overgrown lawns. Recent weather conditions have also driven rapid grass growth, contributing to ongoing high demand for HM services.
Maintaining clients’ gardens not only enhances their surroundings but also supports a sense of pride and wellbeing. This is reflected in the consistently positive client ratings and feedback we continue to receive.
Domestic Assistance Update
As we all know, maintaining a clean home can be challenging—or simply exhausting—even for those who are younger and able-bodied. Our Domestic Assistance team continues to do an outstanding job in ensuring clients have a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
It’s been especially rewarding to see the team consistently positive client ratings and feedback, along with heartfelt messages highlighting the positive difference they make in clients’ lives.
While cleaning remains our core service, the team also plays an important role in fostering social connection, particularly for clients who may otherwise go days without any interaction.
