Vehicle Modifications – Rolling Out from July

We’re excited to announce that several long-awaited fleet upgrades will begin next month to help us better support our clients’ mobility needs and further enhance safety.

For both of our Iveco buses:

  • Electric slide-out step
  • Internal & external handrails
  • Fabricated safety ramp

Across the fleet:

  • Installation of dashcams (staggered)

Reporting
Raise any vehicle or operational concerns with the Duty Officer as soon as possible.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

Daily Cleanliness
Vehicles should be kept clean throughout the day and thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift. A clean vehicle ensures a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for all passengers.

Incident Reporting
All incidents must be logged via the iPad app. Prompt and accurate reporting helps us address issues quickly and ensures proper documentation.

Vehicle Issues & Feedback

Spot something wrong?
Use the vehicle check form on the iPads to report any maintenance or mechanical issues. Your feedback helps us maintain the fleet and avoid breakdowns or delays.

Car Park

Please follow these guidelines when using the Thomastown car park:

  • Follow the latest layout (as per the email sent 14 Jan 2025)
  • Park within the yellow lines in designated bays
  • Avoid the two marked spaces near the entrance
  • Align your vehicle with the white ground dots
  • Do not park in the middle car park area
  • Ensure vehicles are parked neatly—no overhanging or blocking access
